Chaotic, unstructured and the most unprofessional experience I've ever gone through. I should have taken in all of the red flags prior but due to Covid-19 hitting I was blinded by the prospect of working for a financially stable company remotely. The process took about 6 weeks before I was verbally offered the job with all the details of the offer...and then ghosted for a month and a half. I had to contact the hiring manager's boss to prompt a reply which was basically 'Sorry we got a lot more resumes in since Covid became a bigger deal and we're now interviewing other people again'. As in...when they tell you you've got the job, you don't. The biggest red flag though is them contacting your references without your consent, during the process, as someone put it, just to dig up potential dirt and potentially ruining your relationship with your reference in the process. I do think I dodged a bullet with Veeva in the long run so it wasn't a total waste of time.

Was interviewed on my childhood. There's potential for others to find this quite triggering depending on the type of trauma they went through. There doesn't seem to be any awareness or care from the company on this. I asked for clarification on a question before continuing with the process and I never received an answer, or a response.
