Interview
The first step was an interview with a peer consultant. The next step was a mock presentation with 3 peer consultants. After this step, they let you know if they would like to take you on or not. You end up spending a lot of time on the mock presentation and it's a bit disheartening not to get the position after putting in so much time and effort into it.
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
