Interview
Interview process is very long, but there is a lot of intentionality behind it. I appreciated getting to meet a variety of people in different roles to really gauge what the culture was like and if I'd fit into it. Interviews range from standard behavioral to more informational to an actual role based interview where you lead a workshop with a "client" who is the recruiter. The chance to actually get to practice what you would be doing on the job by leading this workshop was a great experience that showed me I would enjoy the work.
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
