The interview was conducted by two people, one leading the conversation and the other observing. The discussion was straightforward and focused mainly on my background and experience. Two days later I received an email informing me that I would not move to the next round. I replied requesting feedback to understand what they were looking for and how I could improve. I never received a response, which I found quite disappointing, especially given that it was an HR position where a more professional and considerate approach would normally be expected.
