I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Vecture (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2018
Interview
Interview in itself was positive. But the process was dragging and unproductive. I was interviewed on 1st week of April and shortlisted for the job. Though I kept asking for an update, I was not given any response letting me think that I have not got the job.
However suddenly 2 months later I received an email from the Test Manager whether I am still interested in the job when I was in midst of quite a lot of interviews. I was called for an interview, this time with the manager himself. The environment was good and I really wanted to work there to learn and give back. However they had again taken time, like 2 weeks to issue the Offer letter and another 3 weeks to get CCG clearance, by which time I was declining new interviews and already with offers from 2 other companies. I had to decline Eberspacher Vecture Inc after another company gave me a much better offer with benefits.
If everything had happened on time, I would have worked for Vecture Inc and I wouldnt have regretted it. But I just made hay while the Sun shined.
