The interview process for this position was awful. After receiving an email with instructions for a take-home assignment I promptly completed the assignment and didn't hear back for weeks. After hounding the recruiter, I was finally messaged back with a link to sign up for a presentation time. It's now been several weeks since I submitted my availability and follow-up emails and have been ghosted yet again.

3 steps: 1. I had a 20-30 minute interview so they got to know me. Answered basic questions about who I am and why I wanted to work for them. 2. Immediately after the interview, I got an email to make a presentation / a project for them. 3. They liked it, so I had an interview with someone else to go over the presentation.

Interview
Overall it made me super excited about the company. Submitted resume/ CV and was asked to put together a presentation for a specific project. The project was cool- focused on influencer partnership strategy. Then had interview with 2 people in HR, followed by an interview by a senior VP in strategy. Got offer 2 hours after final interview. Super quick process.
