Applied online, completed phone screen with recruiter, completed Skype interview with Director, completed another Skype interview with VP. Prior to second Skype interview was required to complete a "case study" and interact with their company AKA pretend I was interested in their tutoring services and talk with a sales rep (who now won't stop calling me to attempt to get me purchase their services). Was then brought in for an in-person interview with the Director and a manager. All of this is fine, I understand having a thorough process to make sure you get the right person for the job. Yet, I was blown away at the lack of professionalism and tact following the in-person interview. I received no communication from them for over 2 weeks. I of course assumed this meant I had not been chosen, which was okay, I didn't feel it was the right fit for me either. But to require me to complete a phone screen, 2 Skype Interviews, a Case Study, an in-person interview and then not have the decency to let me know the decision? Finally, after more than 2 weeks I received a form email from the initial recruiter I had spoken with, letting me know they would be pursuing other applicants. I was very impressed with Varsity Tutors in the beginning, but definitely have been left with a bad taste in my mouth.
