Phone interview with HR. Date arrangement was confusing because they asked me for one date/time, then later I received a message to move the call to another date and time but received no response. Original date time was observed.

HR screens resumes and forwards them to hiring manager. Then an Interview is arranged if hiring manager is interested. Then a panel interview with the hiring manager and additional team members. It’s usually at least a couple of hours since this interview also requires a tour.
