I’ve been increasingly disappointed with the prevalence of companies ghosting candidates in the middle of the application process and Varex isn’t any better. I had two interviews and was told on the second one (Thursday) that I would get an update the following Monday. Never received any communication so I emailed and was told to wait a week as they were still interviewing. It’s been three weeks now and nothing. This is honestly an incredibly bad way of treating applicants especially ones that are your HR peers. Your decision about your candidates is yours to make but you need to communicate that and do so in a timely manner.

Question 1
General questions about experience, time management and communication skills, departmental collaboration, etc.
After I applied, I got an email to self schedule a interview in their open slots. First interview was brief 10-15 minutes about me and about the position with one guy.
Then there was a second email for self scheduling the 2nd interview time slot, however the canceled and rescheduled. 2nd interview was 3 people asking more technical questions about 40-50 minutes long.
Next step was their final decision.

Interview
HR screens resumes and forwards them to hiring manager. Then an Interview is arranged if hiring manager is interested. Then a panel interview with the hiring manager and additional team members. It’s usually at least a couple of hours since this interview also requires a tour.
