I got interview call and within 3 days my interview got schedule. I went before time and waited till my turn. After 5 - 10 min I got call by a senior developer in a cabin. First, I was asked to introduced myself then asked senario based question's from Admin and Development.

Interview
The interview process with Vanshiv was smooth and professional. It started with an HR discussion about my experience, current role, notice period, and expectations. After that, there was a technical interview focused on Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, integrations, triggers, flows, and scenario-based questions. They also asked about my project experience and problem-solving approach. Overall, the interviewers were interactive and the process was well organized.
