Very simple online background company is awful and takes forever finally got to start then u go through orientation Virtual and in person have to use shuttle’s to get there ect

I applied and it took about a week for a recruiter to call me back. Once I did the screening with her I was scheduled to interview with the nursing manager and nurse leads. They asked me various behavioral type interview question. I was offered the job on the spot

Very easy going fast. First scheduled a phone interview then if they like you in person! They gave me an offer same day I accepted! So far so good!!!! I would say just be yourself and say what connects you to health care
