Interview
I was first contacted by a recruiter for this position for a preliminary interview, and then continued to an in person interview with a manager. While waiting for the interview, I was asked to complete a test (parts similar to a personality test and others more like a wonderlic test.) The manager that I interviewed with was very personable and explained the job well and what day to day would look like working in the position as well as what the role would evolve to in the future. I declined the job as the transportation time would have been too extensive, but I was offered a decent salary, with a willingness to counteroffer when I said I had found something else.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Value Lighting in Sep 2017

When they called, they had set an appointment for 2:00 pm. I arrived and they went ahead and rescheduled for the next. When I arrived at the designated time, the interviewer was late to begin with.
