I had a call with HR that lasted about an hour. They mainly asked questions about what I currently did at the time and what I am looking for. I got passed to the next step in meeting the market manager for an interview. I got an offer call within a week that I accepted.

Why do you want to leave your current job and what are you looking for?
Met with one high level employee, interview lasted around 20 minutes and was relatively easy. Mainly went over my resume, previous experiences, and university life. After that I was notified that I received an offer, and then began the onboarding progress.

Interview
The interview process was not bad. Fairly easy it went through the basics. First the phone screening interview. Then the in person then after the in person possibly another in person or phone screening for the offer.
