Two phone calls with different people, positive experience, very engaging and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know more about me and analyze my potential fit for the position. Third interview is in person, on-site, which I was not offered.

Interview
2 Phone interviews with 2 different individuals. One was HR, other was the hiring manager for the position. The hiring manager for the position was pretentious. I asked her "what opportunities for growth does your company offer for their employees?" And she responded by saying that she doesn't want to hire anyone to her team if they are just looking to leave the team to join a different team. Okay, so theres no growth opportunities? Great then this isn't the job for me.
