Talk about time you we’re a leader in a technical role and face adversity? How did you overcome?
Quick and simple, with an HR representative. Asked "tell me about yourself", why Valero, and a few other questions. Then explained what interning at the company would look like for the rest of the interview time.

Interview
This interview was very relaxed. It was a followup on a job fair with questions about me and my university program, as well as my skillsets. I unfortunately did not get the position, but it was good practice and helped me shore up my interviewing weaknesses and preparedness for the next one.
