I had one conversation where the main part was to determine whether or not I had any real desire to work with data. Furthermore, it was a fit check whether or not I would fit in the company culture.
Super nice recruitment process with them, there are obviously some hurdles a programmer needs to know, but not to the level of the extreme we saw at the height of the rush.

Straight forward, as you would expect from a scale-up. Talk with several team leads + commercial director, reasonable turn around times. Really positive about the procedure, started in a round with great team skilled co-workers where hired at the same time.
