      Interview

The interview process is divided into two rounds. In the first round, the HR representative asks the candidate some simple, initial questions: What is your degree, specialization, and GPA? Do you have any previous work experience or internships related to the role? Can you provide any references from your past experiences? After the HR representative is satisfied with the candidate's responses, they indicate that the hiring manager would like to meet with the candidate for the next round of interviews. In the second round, the hiring manager conducts a more in-depth interview with the candidate. The goals of this round are to: Learn more about the candidate's background and experience, and how it relates to the open position. Have the candidate provide details on a specific project they worked on during an internship or previous role. Ask the candidate if they have any recommendations for improving the company's current processes or technologies. Give the candidate an opportunity to further explain their qualifications and interest in the role. At the end of the hiring manager's interview, they indicate they will discuss the candidate's performance with the rest of the team and get back to the candidate soon about the next steps in the hiring process. The overall flow is an initial screening by HR, followed by a more comprehensive interview with the hiring manager to assess the candidate's fit for the role and elicit any recommendations they may have.
