I had one interview with the tech recruiter interviewing very quickly, with no interest. He asked to talk very briefly about my last experiences and some questions with situational leadership. He showed no interest in interviewing me and it only took 30 minutes. After a few days I received an email from them that I was not selected. I felt I was only one person in the middle of others, and he had to interview several in a day. I didn't have enough time for questions about the position and the company.

O processo mostrou um bom nível de maturidade com sessões importantes como System Design, Tech leadership, people management, cultural. Porém em algumas das sessões os entrevistadores mostraram poupo preparo cometendo falhas importantes (em minha opinião) como: Perguntas massivas e pre-definidas chegando a ser desconexo com a linha da entrevista tornando o ambiente pouco favorável. Durante system design ficou claro que o entrevistador não estava conectado com a entrevista , o que prejudicou o processo seletivo. Vale pontuar positivamente etapas como people management que foi ótima, papo fluido e enriquecedor.
Feedback da negativa foi bem confuso e somou pouco (ou nada) para um processo de melhoria.
