la entrevista se divide en varias etapas. Primero la persona lider del area, luego una persona técnica y al fina otra persona lider de la región. El proceso suele ser bastante tardado debido a los exámenes que te aplican y al como se realizan dichas entrevistas

The process takes too long, and if you're suddenly in many selection processes, it can become very difficult to stay on track, because I was there for about two months and I was only halfway through the process.

Interview
It involved 5 rounds and at many times over those weeks it felt very disorganized. I am aware, after the fact, that the hiring manager made extra effort to improve the experience and keep me in the loop. Without that contribution, process ownership from application to offer could be described as non-existent. I accepted the job offer because the hiring manager gave me a solid impression that we could work well together.
