Was reached out to on LinkedIn to interview for a Customer Success Manager role. They didn't have a job description so I went into the interview pretty blind. During the call the HR rep said she was impressed with my experience, wanted to set me up with a 2nd round interview and send me a job description.
None of that happened and ended up getting an email 2 days later saying they would not continue with my application.
Some advice, don't tell a candidate they are going to get a 2nd round interview then tell them you're going in a different direction. Wouldn't be surprised if they treat their employees this way as well

Interview
I had group interviews with people from almost every position in the company. They asked questions that were not relevant to the position I was applying for.
Multiple interviews with management. They seemed very opinionated as if any outside idea was wrong.
