Met with HR employee who asked a series of pre-written questions. Was then given a personality test (that also had a writing prompt) and an extensive writing assignment with unclear expectations. Was not offered a second interview with the CEO after the writing assignment.

Straightforward process but unnecessarily cumbersome and unprofessional. Short initial interview with HR, then I was asked to complete an online short personality assessment that had a surprise pop-quiz with SAT/ACT-type questions. Then they emailed me instructions for a writing assignment that vaguely asked for it to be completed within an hour (of receiving the assignment that I wasn't expecting in the middle of the work day?). After I completed the assignment, I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks until I asked for an update. They are also weirdly preoccupied with using AI.

Applied online, and two weeks later, I received an invitation to an in-person interview. Met with an HR rep, answered pre-written questions, and toured the facility. They were holding many consecutive interviews, and it was almost like a revolving door, which felt somewhat unprofessional. Second interview online with CEO along with a "personality test".
