We first had the phone interview with the HR in the company. She asked me to introduce myself and asked about work experience. Several general questions. After the phone interview, there would be an on-site interview with the manager or principal.

Interview
Easy process. First round was a phone interview, just asked you to introduce yourself, and they talked about the company. And asked several general questions regarding to my resume. Then three days later I got a phone call to arrange an on-site interview. Met several people in the office and talked a little bit about what project they are working on. Then i got the offer.
