Reached out to me immediately to set up a phone interview. They let me know that they would get back to me in a couple of days with
next steps but never got back to me. I understand if I wasn't selected to move forward but at least send an email. Waste of time.

The interview process was based more on your personality than the position. They are a tight knit family and want to make sure you fit their company's culture... which I think is necessary for success in this company.
