Takes a while since they do a very thorough background check. I knew my Store Manager and District Manager so me coming on board wasn't hard at all. The process for my position usually starts with an interview with the SM then you meet with a DM. If they like you they check references and extend you an offer.

Typical interview process. Went over company numbers and personal track records. Went over personal goals and role scenarios. Toured store and was interdicted to team. Provided reviews from customers and discussed areas of opportunity and what strengths I had.
