Interview
1st step was a regular interview with the PM, then, was required to complete a questionnaire which was challenging but doable if you have trading experience and are good with technical questions. Final step was to talk to the PM again for him to decide his hire out of the succesfull questionnaires

Open ended. Mostly interested in my prior experience and a two-way conversation on understanding how I could add value to the pod. Interviewed with all members of the pod. Fairly light on technical content.

Not very technical and more experience focused but no idea on selection criteria
