Interview
People were nice and helpful. They had first HR and then the department head took it over. We had digital interview. They did not challenge a lot throughout the interview. It was a good discussion. They ask the salary expectation in the end.

Interview
The interview process is straightforward, where the management wants to see your experience, value, and how you would handle some cases. Of course, they appreciate the team's harmonious spirit. I had gone through 4 rounds of interviews and successful to get the offer. However, the recruiter's offer is quite disappointing: lower expected salary, not match with market rate, longer probation period and notice periods, and the required bond period (which is totally not in favour of the candidate's terms). I believe it should be a straightforward offer, but it is not. Hence, I declined.

Interview
Very informal process which is mostly structured around getting to know you on a personal level. Following a tour of the offices and meeting other team members, I had a brief discussion with the hiring manager and was mainly asked for reasons behind leaving my previous employer.
