Applied and heard back for an interview within 24 hours. Had a screener with the CEO and it was a brief 15 minute call asking about background and interest. It was very rushed and I was interrupted when speaking multiple times which both off-putting and a red flag. Based on the call, I didn't feel like it was a good fit and the feelings were mutual!
