I had a screening with HR. This was a balanced interview, giving the opportunity to ask for questions on both side. I had a great understanding of the company and all my questions were answered. I have received the day after a rejection email with feedback which was much appreciated. They are looking for candidates more in the finance/insurance space.
Process as a next step includes call with hiring manager (CEO), interview with sales (xfn team), and a task + panel.
I left with a positive impression of the company thanks to the HR team.
