Interview
Complete a short initial call, before working through your work history and how you might fit into the role with the Hiring Manager. From there, a technical exercise is next where you'll work through sample problems live, based on real-world challenges (not leetcode). Walk through how you solve problems and approach development more than trying to find the perfect algorithm, and you'll be through the process.

Question 1
What is something that you've taught yourself or learned in the last few months?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uvaro (Waterloo, ON) in Dec 2024
Interview
Very relaxed preliminary interview followed by a technical interview with nice interviewers. Had a page setup for me to tinker with and asked for different tasks to be completed mainly around javascript and GraphQL. They asked for things like finding components on a page and turning and image into a hyperlink as well as using GraphQL to see what data the page is pulling.
Other than that they asked general React and web development questions like how would you hash user data.
