Was initailly contacted by recruiter who came across my CV. This lead to an initial call with the recruiter, just discussing work experience and the role. User Testing were interested and was invited to two panel interviews over Zoom. The first of these was a technical pairing interview. This took the form of a 60 min Java coding exercise using a shared screen over zoom. Given a coding exercise to complete and asked to talk aloud on what I was doing, decisons being made, how testing etc. The second interview again over zoom. with two members from product and design teams. Discussion of previus work expeiences and how worked with the different roles within a team - lookinng too see if would be a cultural fit.
