Ursuline College interview questions

It was quick and smooth, very nice people that are willing to help you through the process. They were flexible in the interviewing method. They did not draw out the process and got right to qualifications and fit.

I had an initial interview virtually with a committee of several various individuals. Later, a second virtual interview with the department in which I would be directing. Finally, several on-site interviews with various leadership roles. All of the people were incredibly welcoming and asked great questions throughout the process. I felt like the people working here were all genuine regarding their love for the institution. I did not ultimately accept, but I believe this to be a very worthwhile organization with amazing people.
