Interview
When I first applied for a part time position, I was asked to come in a couple days later. The day of the interview, I was expecting to talk with a certain person but was pushed off to another person. The interview lasted about five minutes and they told me small details about the job. I told them my availability, which was part-time (so I told them I could do 4 days a week), which I mentioned when I first applied. Not even an hour after the interview, I received an e-mail saying they were proceeding with other candidates because my availability didn't meet their needs. I found this very odd since when I first applied I only asked for part-time and they knew this coming in. Everything about the interview felt very informal.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Urban Village Brewing in Jul 2021
Interview
The process was relatively short, was asked question about my past experience in serving and the restaurant industry as a whole. Was asked questions about beer. Hired on the spot.
