Interview
Very simple and straight forward. Relaxed environment with some great mentors that try to work with you and a great experience overall. The mentors try their best to help guide us too.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Urban Alliance (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The final round was 1.5-2 hours total and included an interview with the HR head and the ED, followed by a presentation I had to facilitate for a panel of staff and students. I had to create a presentation on a career readiness topic in preparation. After all of that, I never heard back from them. I followed up twice over email just to find out if I was still being considered, and nothing.
