Interview
The interviewer cancelled just 10 minutes before our scheduled meeting, claiming an "urgent matter." I was understanding and agreed to reschedule for the next day, as requested. However, what followed was total radio silence. What's even more disappointing is that they had specifically asked me to come prepared with data points and time allocation for the interview, which I diligently did. This complete lack of follow-through is not only a waste of my time but also extremely unprofessional. I expected more from a company's interview process.
