Reached out to a recruiter for a phone screen interview. After that, I got a call for a technical phone screen with the engineering manager who was great and answered all of my questions about the company. Got the invitation for virtual onsite where I got a chance to speak with different members of the team where they tested me on my web development, algorithmic, system design and Upstart core values. Everyone was very friendly and accomodating. They will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions that you have. Overall, it was a great interview experience for a great company with a very strong core values.
