They call you and set the date you. You have the one on one interview and they let you know pretty fast. once offered the job they start the background check and they take you to a nice location and talk about the job and what to expect.

Interview
I applied on Friday, called me on Monday to interview on Tuesday morning. Location is an office complex with many different businesses. I was given a very basic application and was asked to attach my resume (I had already attached it to the on-line app). The office consisted of receptionist/waiting area with K-Mart/Sears quality furniture, and 1 other office. There were 4-5 people waiting, I was first to go in.

Question 1
Phone interview asked a few questions about my resume. During the person-to-person interview, it was more a description of the job and then I was asked if I had any questions. In the description the interviewer said that I would be given a "territory" after training.
