First, there was a call with the CTO, which was mostly introduction to their Company with some basic questions (e.g "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?") After that I received quite a lengthy test task. I spent a few hours on it. In the end I received only a dry rejection email with no feedback on my solution. Not really sure what they expected there. My suggestion would be to proceed with the test task only if you really see yourself working there. Otherwise it's a complete time waste.
