Interview
The interview was extremely professional, but like talking with real people. The managers were super friendly and tried to make sure I was a least nervous as possible. It was based on situations at my current and previous job and how I handled things like unhappy clients, balancing tasks and multitasking, etc.

A lot of situational questions regarding some specific events at my current or past jobs. They wanted to know HOW I handled them, and not necessarily how I would have LIKED to handle them.
