I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Unreasonable Group
Interview
I applied through their online questionnaire which I liked very much. I thought they asked great questions requiring short answers. And they still allowed you to upload a cover letter to further explain your answers. All great. Instead of an interview, Unreasonable asked for a trial project to be completed that they would then use to evaluate the fit for a first round of phone interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The trial projected gave two sample situations for the company and asked the applicant to respond with a list of potential funds and investor contact information that pertain to the sample scenarios. The second sample asked for a full regional strategy and the names and emails of 20 investors in a four-page summary.

Interview
My experience was a bit different from what they said it would be, and what the other two candidates here stated. They asked for a discussion (quite late, and I had assumed an offer was already extended by that point) but did not ask me to do the 'project'. After reading what others wrote here, I was prepared to decline sharing personal contacts. The discussion was fairly open and unspecific, and I felt it was more of a courtesy call. I received a quick, generic "we're so flattered but no thanks" rejection. My sense is that this is a very young company. They want to hire a rolodex.
