First submitted the regular CV and cover letter and then the recruiter had the interviews. Final interview were with management - whereby I had to deliver a presentation and essentially demonstrate the role. Also, a series of questions competency, skill based etc

I was shortlisted for an interview. Panel provided questions ahead of time. The panel included two co-PIs. PIs were quite uninterested in answers, which threw me off. Had to have them repeat questions because I couldn't hear well, and then I would get eye rolls. As expected, I did not receive a job offer, but I never received an email from HR. Only found out after I repeatedly emailed after 2 weeks.
