Got an interview by Skype (I was abroad).
3 persons for the interviews: 2 people from the project and 1 exterior
Interview with lot of technical questions, on my previous activities and on what I will do on the new project

i applied online, via the university website. then got an email notification from HR, informing of being shortlisted. Then arranged for skype interview with panels. After skype interview, was informed by PI personally that i got the job.
