Fairly informal and brief. I was asked about prior lab experience and why I left previous jobs. Was given a tour of the lab, met coworkers, and negotiated a schedule. HR emailed about a week or so later with an official offer.

The interview was really well done! I was interviewed by the lab manager and assistant manager. They asked you the normal questions. They were very supportive of my future plans!
