You apply online and if you are what they are looking for they invite you to an in person audition. In the audition all that happens is you walk into a room with about 5 or 6 other people and they ask you your favorite horror movie.

Interview
Given a number and taken a picture of. We sit and fill out information, then they take some into a bigger room. 30 are called to go in the casting. We stand in lines and answer a question to the directors, then waited outside for about 20 minutes until they came out and called for specific numbers.

Interview
The hiring process primarily consisted of a couple questions in front of a casting panel such as "what is your favorite horror movie". They also take height, weight, and look for overall fit for character roles and costumes.

It was one of the easiest interviews I have ever done. They are much more focussed on whether you fit the character then your response to questions.
