Interview
You fill out a paper much like an application, you wait in a large room and wait for your name to be called. The interviewers are very nice, they ask you a series of 3-4 questions. The whole process can take 3 hours or more. If you meet certain qualifications your name will be called multiple times.

Interview
Called promptly and informed me of time of phone interview. The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes with basic questions concerning qualifications and time willing to work throughout weekends. The call ended promptly after I provided my answers.
