The hiring process was pretty easy. You wait in the lobby with several others and wait for them to call you in for a one on one interview. It's an easy interview and they'll go over your availability and ask why you want to work here. After that they tell you a little bit about the position, and if you're still interested, they'll send you to the second round. In the second interview you will be placed in groups and you will have to complete a few simple assignments, while the department managers hoovers over you. They just want to see that you can effectively work in a group and communicate. After the fun and games, management will call out the names of those they are hiring.
