I applied online. I interviewed at Universal Laser Systems (Scottsdale, AZ) in Feb 2022
Interview
It went very well and they seem pleased with my response. Some standard questions and then some requiring past experience and examples of how you took care of challenging situations. Demonstrate pro-active decision making.
Dicsussed background and skillset, fairly simple straightforward questions with a panel of team members. Then toured and talked product. Finally did a simple CAD exam which required you to create a 3 D part from a 2D print. If you are competent in CAD modeling this should be easy.

Interview
Three rounds of interviews before the position was abruptly cancelled. First a phone interview, followed by a panel interview, and then subsequent one-on-one interviews until the final meeting and interview with one of the vice presidents. The same day the last interview was scheduled, an email was received from the recruiter with notice that the vice president cancelled the open position.
