Went through 4-5 interviews with various people. After accepting the position, I realized two of those people I will never interact with in my position. Seemed like an extreme waste of time. The interview process alone took 2-3 months.

Interviewed by the new CEO. He mentioned that they've recently had quite a lot of turnover within the organization, but that he was hoping to straighten that out. Interview lasted an hour and it was mostly about my education, related experience, and a few hypothe tidal questionso.
