Universal Companies interview questions

A series of questions asked by the assistant principals and principal. Other people may sit in on the interview as well, such as instructional coaches or co-teachers. The questions range from asking about your classroom management to your growth mindset. Teachers should come prepared to answer these questions in examples from the teachers past experiences.

The interview was very welcoming and informative. I felt like I was being welcomed into a community or family. There were various layers to the interview. However it didn't take up much time.
