Interview
3 weeks after applying online got an email from HR to setup a phone interview. Questions were mostly about my skills, past projects, and then some behavioral questions such as "What is your preferred managerial style?" and "What skills do you think are important for this role?" After a week got another email to setup a call for a technical interview. This was also describing my past projects but a lot more focused on technologies used. One of the first questions was "What do you know about us?" Univa has an open source project called Tortuga. Another question was "What is the biggest software challenge you had to solve?" Other questions were about certain technologies they use like configuration and automation tools such as Puppet. Also questions like "Do you know about ETL? GraphQL?" Then some questions like "Who was your greatest mentor and why?"
