Interview
First a call with hiring manager, afterwards a video call with team member. After video interview I was invited to the office, where I met different team members who all interviewed me one-on-one
The interview process was well done. I had the chance to meet several people and they were all very professional. I appreciated the fact that they were transparent throughout the whole process, explaining each step. My candidate experience was great, thank you Unity Technologies!

Interview
My interview process was a bit atypical. I originally went through the lengthy interview process in March/April at the start of the remote work phase and they ended up hiring someone with more experience so they could start with fewer hands-on training. Fast forward 4 months and we left the interview process on such great terms that they opened a new position and immediately thought of me. They expedited the interview process since I had met with so many team members previously, I felt valued and appreciated along the way. Oliver and Nino have been fantastic along the way and I'm stoked to join the team!
